Directions
              - Cut vegetables into 1/8” slices (can use a mandoline).
 - Place vegetables in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and preferred seasonings.
 - Arrange vegetables in a single layer on two un-greased baking sheets.
 - Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
