Greek Yogurt Parfaits

1/4 to 1/2 cup
Directions
- Using 4 small containers (or cups), layer in ingredients starting with the Greek yogurt (about 1/4 cup each). Add on the berries, granola, and seeds/nuts.
- Put two layers of each ingredient in the cup and top with fresh mint leaves (optional).
- Enjoy immediately or cover and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
