Cranberry pistachio power bites
Sweet and nutty, these cranberry pistachio power bites are the perfect energy-boosting snack for busy days or post-workout fuel.

Directions
- Add ingredients 1-4 in food processor, pulse until combined (will be sticky but able to stir slightly)
- Combine & stir oats & cranberries in a medium bowl, then add date mixture
- Stir until fully combined
- Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Once chilled, form balls to 1/2 diameter or desired size & ENJOY!
- Store in refrigerator, freeze after 3 days
