Directions
              - In a medium saucepan, boil broth, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and quinoa. Reduce heat and simmer (covered) for 15 minutes.
 - In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, remaining lemon juice, a!nd herbs/spices. Pour dressing over quinoa and toss to coat.
