              - In a small bowl combine lemon juice and shallots
 - While lemon juice is breaking down shallots, use a food processor to shave Brussels sprouts
 - Add Brussels sprouts to large bowl
 - Whisk honey and Dijon into bowl with lemon juice and shallots until emulsified
 - Add to Brussels sprout mixture in large bowl
 - Combine and enjoy!
