Almond Joy chia seed pudding

2 tbsp crushed roasted
1/4 cup (optional)
Directions
- Toast raw almonds on a medium-low skillet for 5-10 minutes, then crush in slightly and set aside
- Combine ingredients 1 through 6 in a blender, HOWEVER, only use 1/4 cup of coconut flakes, and mix until well combined
- Transfer into 4 individual serving bowls, cups (or into 1 large if you prefer not to portion it out) and refrigerate 1-2 hours
- Add almonds, remainder of coconut flakes and dark chocolate chips
